Typical Turn Around Time (TAT) on Ready-to-Ship items is 5 business days. On backorder and custom items, TAT can be up to 4-6 weeks depending on the availability of hides. Should you have questions or need to make changes during this time, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Due to the limited and unique nature of our products, changes made after the initial order are limited.
Just Plain Crazy currently offers standard ground shipping* for $7.99 through USPS (2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states). Tracking information will be emailed once your postage label has been created. Should you need a quicker shipping option or if you do not receive your order, please contact us directly at [email protected]. Shipments are not insured.
Should you need to exchange or return an item, you must reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package. Ready-to-Ship items may be exchanged or returned for shop credit within 5 days, and a credit will not be issued until items have been received and inspected.
